Job Description
Recruiting/Onboarding
* Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques
* Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close all offers
* Partner with Hiring Managers to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for designated roles
* Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters & LinkedIn Recruiter) and all other Talent Acquisition tools
* Complete new hire orientation and onboarding for all recruits
Talent Management
* Manage value added talent programs such as performance management and talent planning
* Work with managers on development plans and other performance management
* Build effective relationships and provide excellent client service by ensuring a positive employee experience
* Help drive people initiatives focusing on retention, engagement, recognition and talent management
* Partner with leadership on action plans from employee engagement survey results
* Provide counseling and support on corporate policies and benefit programs to agency employees
* Conduct exit interviews for exiting employees
* Point person for Immigration inquiries and paperwork between legal counsel
* Advise and respond quickly to management needs regarding general Talent & HR issues
* Deploy internal communication to agencies re. benefits, events, and late breaking information
* Plan for culture initiatives and lead company events
HRIS
* Provide Accurate and Timely Data Management of all Employee Records
* Create and process transfers, separations, promotions, leaves of absences, hires, etc. on a timely bases
* Enter information accurately into HRIS and work with payroll to ensure all information received on time
* Process tuition reimbursement and officer/employee reimbursements
Qualifications
* Spanish language fluency is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work at all levels of the organization
* Detail-orientated and highly motivated, self-starter, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
* Great problem solving skills
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Candidate must have strong organizational skills
* Knowledge: Knowledge of general HR practices, policies and pertinent legislation governing employment relations
* Experience/Skill: 5-7 Years in the Human Resources field in a similar role
