RECRUITING ASSISTANT

South Florida Group is seeking or an Onboarding Specialist to become an integral part of our team!

You will assist with the onboarding/orientation process; sending and reviewing paperwork and assisting new hires with the orientation process.
Responsibilities:

• Send electronic documents to all candidates that are applying for a job.
• Assist candidates, if needed when completing paperwork.
• Review documents before submission to avoid mistakes.
• Create new hires' Contact, Reporting APP Account, and LMS Account.
• Assist and facilitate Orientation Process.
• Conduct Reporting APP Practice; explain the use of Scheduling and Time Tracking Tools.
• Contact Scheduling Department to get new hires' schedules.
• Inspect new hires' uniforms and take pictures.
• Review that all paperwork has been completed at the end of the onboarding process.
• Call candidates and schedule hiring interviews.

Qualifications: Detail oriented. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• People and customer service oriented, strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build up a report
• Previous experience in human resources or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Send electronic documents to all candidates that are applying for a job.
• Ability to learn software quickly, enter data and produce reports.
• Assist candidates, if needed when completing paperwork.Job Types: Full-time
