Arthrex Talent Acquisition team has an opening for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with other Human Resources functions. Our ideal candidate will come equipped with high energy, attention to detail and strong communication skills. Administrative experience is required along with strong MS Office skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Talent Acquisition team with phone interviews, candidate scheduling and travel arrangements, posting of requisitions and job placement ads.
  • Displays professionalism, quality service and a "can do" attitude to internal members/departments or Arthrex as well as external clients and vendors via electronic and print correspondence, over the telephone and in-person.
  • Pre/post-employment checks including: the coordination of drug screen paperwork, background checks, reference checks in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that all hiring activities follow legal and Company standards.
  • Reviews applications to identify candidates who best meet eligibility requirements. Pre-screens candidates by phone and in person as appropriate.
  • Assists the Talent Acquisition team with job fairs and other recruiting related events.
  • Assists with filing of requisition files.
  • Assist with the coordination of the Arthrex Internship program.
  • May manage the Employee Referral Program.
  • May be responsible for the staffing of non-exempt positions on a timely basis by working with hiring managers to determine appropriate job posting requirements and work with them to fill the requisition. Reduce recruitment turnaround time to ensure timely placement of candidates for open positions on an as needed basis.
  • Assists with Arthrex's Affirmative action plan including tracking applicant data, assisting with compiling appropriate information for hires, promotions and transfers. Ensures that all hiring activities follow legal and Company standards.
  • Provides backup support to the Talent Acquisition Assistant.
  • Assists with on-line sourcing of candidates.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative assistant experience required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform detailed work accurately
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience using Outlook to schedule multiple appointments with multiple people

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, project, research, organizational and interpersonal skills with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong follow through skills are important
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors as well as employees and managers at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management.
  • Highly discrete individual who can handle sensitive and confidential employee information
  • Possess a sense of urgency to understand and meet customer needs

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Success Factors or another applicant tracking system is a plus.
