Position Specific Description
We strengthen and engage our greatest assets - our employees! NextEra Energy is hiring a Sr. HR Business Analyst to support our HR Operations team.
The analyst will become an expert in HR Operations systems, track and implement upgrades to existing technology and research and provide recommendations for new and improved technology, automation, etc. Will be responsible for expanding our reporting and data analysis capabilities through creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, developing metrics for HR Operations team performance, and providing ad-hoc reports as requested. Will ensure data integrity, accuracy and analyze data to provide recommendations to leadership team. In addition, the analyst will ensure compliance with NextEra's policies to meet required guidelines regarding hiring reports and records and will assist with audits and other compliance-related activity.
Ideal candidate will have the passion to drive performance through creative, analytical insight, be detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy a fast paced environment while keeping the customer experience top of mind . Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience and a strong systems knowledge, including advanced Excel skills, SAP, etc. A Masters Degree is preferred.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as a strategic partner to HR and business unit(s) in managing the needs assessment, design, and implementation of customer solutions related to HR analytics
- Performs complex analysis, develops alternative recommendations, and formulates implementation strategies to meet customer needs
- Develops dashboards and presentations
- Participates in market surveys and benchmarking of HR programs
- Participates in validation and testing of reporting tools
- Participates in or leads one-or-more special projects
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 5+ years
