Job Description

Position will support the Sensors and Global Sustainment line of business and be responsible for working the fixed wing EO/IR market to include Infrared Search and Track (IRST), EO/IR Targeting and EO/IR Missile Warning capture efforts. Primary efforts will be focused on internal Lockheed Martin, USAF and USN customers and deriving congressional funding support.

* Perform as the lead Strategy and Business Development manager for EO/IR lethality and survivability programs
* Assist in the new business capture activities for the EO/IR lethality and survivability programs
* Lead the new business capture planning activities in the Fixed Wing and some classified program areas
* Build and sustain excellent customer relationships at all levels of customer leadership and across multiple DoD Services
* Mentor the BD skills development of junior level BD professionals

Basic Qualifications

* Proficient with all pertinent Microsoft Office applications supporting Business Development operations
* Extensive customer knowledge and understanding of Service acquisition processes
