Part-Time Human Resources Assistant Recruiter

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead all candidates through a first-class, branded experience from job posting through their 3-month anniversary.
• Support Seal Shield's rapid growth by attracting and hiring great candidates from a variety of sources
• Advertise jobs and recruit talent in a digital forward, best-in-class manner, leveraging our marketing team for creative designs.
• Administer an interview process that is proven to select the best candidates using innovative practices.
• Create and maintain job descriptions for all roles to ensure familiarity with position responsibilities and improve hiring speed.
• Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that prospects our employees, peers, customers in accordance with the core values of our company.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

You Should Apply If You Have...

• 1+ years experience with talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding
• Able to work independently and make logical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Superior communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• A unique blend of analytical skills and emotional intelligence.
• Bachelors' degree or higher in a relevant, business-related field
