What We're Looking For

The Buyer Agent Assistant is an individual who draws energy from working with people and is optimistic. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates daily the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and providing excellent client care.

The Buyer Agent Assistant must be adaptable to change, detail oriented and be solutions oriented. He/She will perform pre-contract administrative work, property research and other administrative tasks as necessary. He/She will manage client care and some marketing for the Buyer's Agent. This individual must provide exceptional customer service and act as an extension of the Buyer's Agent. This is a remote position.

What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as an extension of the Buyer's Agent.
  • Prepare and send accurate pre-contract documents in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send client care "touches"

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Be on-call to prepare offers for the Buyer's Agent with quick turnaround and accurate information
  • Perform and prepare property research at the direction of the Buyer's Agent
  • Manage and complete client care "touches" such as birthday cards, anniversary cards and other client appreciation projects as needed
  • Create Command Sheets & Opportunities
  • Make phone calls to Buyer's Agent database to collect information or to inform of new properties on the market that meet the client's needs
  • Communicate with the Buyer's Agent several times throughout the pre-contract process
