Position Overview

The BDM will be responsible for growing our multifamily and student housing business and identify other high volume applications for our Smart Locks and Smart Access systems.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales
  • Establish new relationships with multifamily & student housing developers, property managers, general contractors and architects
  • Get VIZpin specified on new construction and upgrade projects
  • Identify new high volume applications for our products and develop those markets
  • Develop and support our Certified Partners and Installers

Skills and Experience

- Success driven

- Resourceful and creative

- Excellent communicator and well organized

- At least 2 years of experience in the multifamily industry

- Able to travel at least 30% of the time

- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

Compensation

- $60-75K Base

- 10% commission with no cap

- Equity in an early stage tech company

- Health care benefits

- Travel expenses
