Job title: Contract Recruiter

Location: Tampa, 33607 - This position is remote - however must be local to the Tampa Bay area.

Pay: $25.00/hour

Hours: 8-5 M-F

Type: Contract

Assignment duration: 3 months, may be extended depending upon business need

Job duties:
1.) This person will be doing high volume recruiting for entry level industrial roles across 13 states.
2.) The majority of their time will be spent reviewing resumes then making brief screening calls to selected applicants confirming they are interested in the role and open to setting up in interview with the Hiring Manager.
3.) This person will connect selected applicants to the Hiring Manager to help set up their interviews and then move on to the next candidate as this is a high volume fast paced recruiting role.
4.) Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:

• MUST have previous experience in recruiting at any level
• MUST be interested in a long-term career in human resources
• MUST be able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting if assigned to any special projects with physical paper file maintenance.
