We are growing! Seeking a results-driven, energetic Junior Recruiter to join our fast-paced remote recruitment team. The Junior Recruiter will strategically source, identify and recruit top-talent for high-volume insurance industry clients. Candidate must have full-cycle recruitment experience with the ability to source quickly using multiple channels, conduct effective interviews and precisely evaluate candidates. The Junior Recruiter is responsible for understanding client recruitment needs while also collaborating with leadership on recruitment and sourcing strategies, process improvement and recruitment operations.

Candidate must be comfortable with working independently or in a team setting and must possess strong time management skills. The Junior Recruiter must be self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and desire for professional success. Position offers flexible schedule with full time or part-time hours available, plus bonus opportunities. Ideal candidate will have past experience working in a fast paced, high volume recruitment role preferably in the insurance/financial services industry. Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment including identifying, sourcing and engaging both passive and active candidates through creative and innovative recruitment tactics
  • Identify and source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, employee referrals, social media sites, and associations
  • Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent while ensuring goals are met
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and business leaders on pipeline development and progress of hiring initiatives
  • Execute processes to implement hiring plans based on business strategy in consultation with business and recruiting leaders
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
