Description: The Doubletree by Hilton Tampa Airport - Westshore is currently looking for a Front Desk Manager to join the Pyramid family. If you have a passion for Front Office Operations and enjoy working in a fast paced, fun-filled, team environment... you found the right place!
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is motivational, passionate, and fun! We want you to help lead our Front Office Team to ensure the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel, and to provide exceptional levels of service throughout our guests' stay.

The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office guest services team, PBX, and van drivers. The Front Desk Manager will assure guest service standards are being applied consistently and that all hotel and department policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

Front Desk Manager responsibilities include:
  • Managing and training the Front Office staff
  • Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests
  • Dealing with guests and resolving guest issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Assisting with scheduling, payroll, purchasing, etc.
  • The Front Desk is the first and last impressions of the hotel - the Front Desk Manager is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience to ensure their return.
Requirements:
The position requires a minimum of 2-3 years full service hotel Front Office supervisory experience. Must be able to work a flexible am/pm schedule, including weekends and holidays. Managers are required to work a 50 hour work week. Must have exceptional hospitality skills and thrive in a fast paced, stressful environment. Great career opportunity!
