**JOIN THE 2022 FIS UNIVERSITY PROGRAM!**

As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars. Furthermore, you will work with a team invested in your growth, development, and success, including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

- Learn how to work within a corporate environment
- Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
- Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
- Build a network of your peers from across the organization

THIS POSITION IS FOR A JUNE 27, 2022 START.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

Our team is an advanced group of professionals with a broad understanding of payments in multiple verticals in North America. We manage high-priority partners, projects, and resolve complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge and skills. We exercise judgment in decision making, determine approach, methods, and procedures to use on new assignments.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

You will be working directly with our enterprise partners at a technical capacity, driving strategic development planning, production issues, and general partner support.

- Plays an integral role in the sales & support process utilizing knowledge of products and their capabilities to assist sales & support teams in addressing client/prospect requirements
- Drives project management timelines to meet client requirements
- Maintains detailed documentation in enterprise contact management system to assist in bringing sales opportunities to closure.
- Interact with production support and development teams to provide technical inputs
- Provide production escalation support to our enterprise partners
- Provides direction to the sales support team for the creation and packaging of proposals

**WHAT YOU BRING**

- Bachelor's degree in business or information management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Word, etc.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- FIS WILL PAY OFF PARTICIPANTS' PRINCIPAL STUDENT LOAN BALANCE OVER 10 YEARS OF SERVICE. ELIGIBILITY STARTS AFTER ONE YEAR OF TENURE IN THE PROGRAM FOR US PARTICIPANTS
