Southeast Primary Care Partners is seeking a motivated business development representative to assist our SVP of Strategy regarding the development and implementation of local market growth initiatives focused on acquisition activities (e.g., driving lead generation and expanding the business); You will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duties. To excel in this role, you must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to customers regularly.

. Requirements:

Essential Job Functions

  • Identifies and monitors the effectiveness of the acquisition pipeline within assigned market.
  • Provides initial and ongoing training for brokers, staff, and selected physician office staff.
  • Identifies conversion, tuck-in and acquisition opportunities.
  • Under direction of SVP of Strategy, develops and maintains acquisitions training materials (including product specific "Pitch Kits"), presentation formats and standards, and assures ongoing inclusion of the most current regulatory requirements in all materials and presentations
  • Builds provider marketing opportunities, referrals, and promotions,
  • Develops the material requirements plans for each market.
  • Provides feedback to market and SPCP leadership on the effectiveness and/or changes recommended for key materials.
  • Works closely with the SVP, Strategy and Human Capital to assist with strategic planning projects, such as growth strategies, new business models, acquisition opportunities or review of divestiture needs or opportunities.
  • Once possible acquisitions are identified, assists with the development of acquisition strategies and provides financial analysis and modeling of acquisition terms. Conducts due diligence once it has been determined that the company will move forward on a particular target.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field required
  • Ability to travel (locally) extensively (60% or more)
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner, and possession of excellent written and communication skills required (presenting to executive management)
  • Strong analytical skills with PC proficiency
  • Ability to communicate ideas and work towards problem solutions
  • Ability to effectively work with people in other departments and/or outside of the enterprise
