Responsibilities:
As a Consultant, you will be a critical member of project workstreams, supporting client and project management and solution development and implementation. This includes conducting qualitative and qualitative data collection and analysis; preparing and communicating well-organized, effective reports, presentations, and process documents to client and internal executives; and supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Actively engage and ideate on project design to identify/develop the best techniques and approach to address the project's objectives
Support the end-to-end development of client work products, such as process flows, meeting facilitation materials and presentations, strategic communications, and reporting dashboards
Review and extract key content from various data sources and perform exploratory to deep-dive cleaning, analysis, and interpretation of data (e.g., scoping reviews, landscape analyses, systematic reviews)
Craft tailored communications for various audiences (e.g., reports, infographics, abstracts)
Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues
Contribute to positive team culture and collaborative working environment
Understand firm capabilities, solutions, and methodologies
Support internal and business development initiatives, such as communities of practice and proposals
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., business, public health, public policy, behavioral/social sciences, or other related field)
1+ years of professional of consulting, process improvement, or other applicable experience (e.g., professional services, government, public relations, or other related field)
Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred:
Experience supporting meeting management and agenda development
Experience supporting and presenting to senior executives
Ability to think strategically while delivering tactically
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to develop visually appealing and impactful communication materials
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, and proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry and technical matters, and utilizing problem-solving skills to achieve desired outcomes
