How this role impacts the organization
The Delivery Manager (DM) role provides qualified candidates to fulfill clients' hiring needs using recruiting strategies and best practices. Successful applicants will be self-starters who are competitive and driven to succeed in a sales career.
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruiting strategies through various tools, including cold- calling, networking events, and utilizing databases for lead generation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with cleared candidates in order to build and develop a robust network of talent.
- Qualify potential consultants against technical requirements by assessing their technical skills and experience.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of the Federal landscapein order tosuccessfully connect the right consultant with the right long-term opportunity.
- Negotiate contract and full placement terms as well as verify candidate clearance level.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment with high activity.
- Regularly network with cleared professionals to build relationships, obtain referrals, and leads.
- Maintain consultant relationships through routine phone conversations, feedback sessions, and networking events.
- Develop and mentor new Associate Delivery Managers on the delivery management path.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience inthe federal or government space
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives and quotas
- Successful experience with recruiting within the federal/government space
- High levels of social perceptiveness and customer service
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
- Excellent communication,presentation,and negotiation skills
