The Recruitment Specialist, International Nurse acts as the first voice by initiating contact with International Nurse candidates by phone and email to encourage qualified candidates by creating a sense of urgency, using a consultative selling approach during the application process and scheduling interviews with Recruiters to feed OGPI pipeline, ultimately impacting placement rate and quality, revenue and profitability.
The RS will drive results through individual and team production.
Job Tasks:
- Exceeds individual daily and weekly critical indicator goals to consistently grow new Clinician pipeline consistent with the expectations of the role.
- Respond to incoming leads from potential candidates promptly, inquiring about their professional, immigration and licensing background to determine if they qualify (e.g. NCLEX status, English Language Requirements, Clinical Criteria, Visa Eligibility) to be interviewed by a Recruiter.
- Update the candidate database (Salesforce) in terms of accurate contact information, qualifications, and communications in order to engage candidates for clinical assessment for the OGPI program.
- Consult with Clinician on current situation and ideal situation, probing for underlying agenda to measure the Clinician's commitment to the program.
- Articulate plans of action that address Clinician's career needs by educating on future opportunities, market conditions and realistic timelines in order to engage and demonstrate how OGPI can best meet their long term professional expectations.
- Create urgency and gain Clinician's secure commitment throughout entire process to enhance profile with accurate and relevant work history, education, skills and reference information.
- Schedule qualified candidates for an interview with a recruiter, including requesting resume/CV and completion of application and skills checklist.
- Complete a Pre-NCLEX assessment with qualified candidates to determine eligibility for NCLEX study program.
- Prioritize and initiate follow-up calls and tasks with potential candidates by using Salesforce in order to achieve monthly call and email goals.
- Be focused on maintaining a diverse pipeline through targeted marketing and pipeline management.
- Deliver exceptional internal and external Customer Service at all times to promote a positive OGPI reputation, even if candidate does not qualify for the program.
- Adhere to OGP International's mission statement, core values and company policies and customer service standards.
- Willingness to flex to other roles within the Recruitment and Operations team as required and based on the most urgent needs of the business.
- Stay informed about changing policies and procedures for the department as well as programs that are used daily
- Work closely with Recruitment leadership on department and organizational initiatives.
Education, Certifications & Experience
Minimum Education/Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor degree/ equivalent experience
Minimum Experience:
- Previous sales experience
