WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
Youll help ensure success of our data endeavors and define the right problems to solve. Business Analysts are part of a team delivering d ata and a nalytics products to our customers . Working at the intersection of todays challenges and tomorrows yet-to-be-defined solutions, y oull be responsible for understanding business processes, assessing data, gathering and documenting requirements for product features, and collaborating with a n Agile cross-functional team of designers, software developers and business s takeholders . This position will be based out of Revantages headquarters in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities: HOW YOU ADD VALUE

• Represent our products and product team members by leading direct conversations with customers and subject matter experts
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their businesses, and the challenge they face
• Gather and document requirements based on customer inputs and f eedback , including acceptance criteria
• Interpret data and assess opportunities for use in solving business problems
• Define epics, features, and stories in a system like Jira
• Collaborate with product managers , engineers , architects, and other teams to bring specificity to our product definitions
• Validate acceptance criteria for implemented solutions
• Participate in the consistent execution of our product lifecycle from concept to launch

Qualifications: WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:

• Bachelors Degree with passion for technology o r related experience
• Demonstrated interest in business , institutional financ e/private equity, and real estate
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in business analysis, product management, software engineering, or related role s
• Experience with Agile methodologies (like Scrum and Kanban)
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience with data products and SQL
