Responsibilities

  • Engage with business partners to analyze, implement and change end-to-end processes.
  • Present insights and progress to a wide audience. Examples: program materials for executives, real-time training for clients, status reports for business partners, technical requirements for Tech partners.


Required Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements to operational processes and performance
  • Experience with data governance and traceability
  • Experience with data analysis / visualization / data science tools (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Python, etc.) or automation tools (UiPath, Pega, etc.)
  • Proven ability to think strategically end-to-end while providing tactical wins
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to tailor communications to audience
  • Creativity - able to look at a problem from a new perspective and to develop new ideas and solutions
  • Experience in Markets, ideally managing front to back operational processes
  • Leadership experience in Change Management / Program Management / Product Development / Business Intelligence / Technology


Desired Skills/Experience
  • 6+ years of experience managing operational processes for Securities and Derivatives products
  • Prime Brokerage and clearing experience is a plus
  • Masters' degree in business, data science or related field
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean experience; Green Belt or Black Belt certified
  • Agile Experience - PO/PM/Scrum Master; SAFe Agilist certification
