We are a fast-growing office that focuses on a team-based approach. Our ideal teammate would be highly organized, caring, and able to multi-task. You will work closely with doctors/team leaders to help manage the daily operations of our busy dental practice and promote a passionate and caring work environment for our team. We are a dental clinic that offers not just real world living wages. We offer financial advice, 401k with match, HSA, Health Insurance (with a super low deductible) to name a few. Our starting pay for an office manager is $38.50/hr. with bonus structures and incentives that could average out to $48/hr. Get rewarded for your hard work and especially your results.

  • Oversee operations in with doctors/team leaders to develop opportunities for team members improvement and growth.
  • Be an integral part of a passionate office culture based on teamwork and productivity.
  • Oversee, manage, and create office systems that are efficient and effective service and treatment for our patients.
  • Support doctor/team leaders in managing projects and monitoring of office performance.
  • Create and oversee administrative training protocols and manuals.
  • Review of daily operations and activities to determine progress of office goals and objectives.
  • Assist in preparing and overseeing policies to coordinate all department activities to achieve long-range goals and objectives for profitability and

growth.

  • Responsible for ensuring the growth opportunities of staff is scheduled and able to coach/manage performance as necessary.
  • Review and manage key performance indicators including sales, collections, financing, close rate, collection ratio, percentage to target, and other

metrics.

  • Help facilitate communication of different departments to ensure the office is fully utilizing the support available to it to run an effective and profitable

operation.

  • Perform other tasks as necessary to ensure that the practice meets its metrics in support of strategic and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure HR, training, HIPAA compliance, & documentation requirements are met, licenses are up to date and appropriate approvals are obtained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
