Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

- A market-leading provider of working capital, investment capital, trust services, and sales financing solutions that help customers optimize liquidity and grow their business through their lifecycle.
The Operations Analyst reviews credit underwriting decision and verifies all necessary information for the deal is accounted for, assisting associates to ensure customer/deal specific information is accurate in source system and that current documentation on file meets risk requirements and is complete and accurate. Prepares loan documentation deal package, and presents directly to the customer for review and signature. Maintains open lines of communication with customers and stakeholders, including Legal, Credit and Sales associates through required interfacing systems/platforms, managing these relationships effectively in a way that is both constructive and efficient.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of analytical experience, reporting experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience

- Experience researching and compiling complex operational data
- Strong reporting skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to independently provide summary of operational data
- Solid troubleshooting and resolution skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in French/English
Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of Siebel, ROW and/or Salesforce
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
