Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive critical recruiting activities by managing expectations and requirements of candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently at all times, and updating key stakeholders as appropriate
  • These activities include, but are not limited to the following: interview scheduling, applicant screening, candidate/applicant tracking, drafting contracts, initiating criminal and credit background checks, and managing all new hire on-boarding and paperwork processing
  • Effectively interface with all levels of the organization including Senior Executives
  • Support a team of recruiters and work closely with Human Resources and hiring managers
  • Able to clearly identify technical skill requirements of applicants and screen for specific skill sets
  • Work on high volumes of interview scheduling and applicant screening
  • Be a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Compensation

Qualifications

  • Proven track record with at least 3 years of HR work experience, preferably in a startup environment and with a focus in recruitment
  • Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical skill, attention to details and target oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with various level of team members including high level executives
  • Good knowledge of human resources management and best practices
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and legal requirements
