LaSalle Network is looking for a Recruiting Intern! We're a leading staffing, recruiting, and culture firm headquartered in Chicago. We are hiring with the intention of extending permanent job offers to all qualified interns prior to graduation, therefore, priority will go to candidates interested in recruiting as a long-term career path. To be considered for this internship, you must be a current senior planning to graduate in the spring or summer of 2023. Our former interns have moved quickly from entry-level to senior-level roles at LaSalle, with opportunities for promotions as early as six months post-internship.

Recruiting Intern Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate resumes
• Conduct phone interviews and schedule second-round video interviews
• Coach job seekers on resumes and interviewing skills
• Attend company-wide meetings
• Shadow experienced recruiters during interviews
• Update candidate and client profiles using CRM software
• Communicate over the phone with job seekers daily to assess communication and technical skills, explain LaSalle's services, and pitch job opportunities

Recruiting Intern Requirements:

• MUST be a Spring or Summer 2023 grad
• Long-term interest in recruiting as a career
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High-energy and strong work ethic
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
