About The Team And Position

You will have the opportunity to build upon an existing team and work cross-functionally to boost company efficiency.

We're looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. With a successful background in affiliate and partnership marketing, You will be responsible for driving the strategy, operations, execution, and expansion of the Auto Approves affiliate program by developing new publisher partnerships while managing existing accounts. You will also create strategies for revenue growth with the goal of increasing exposure through increased traffic by targeting and creating new partnerships. You must have great negotiation skills that enable you to work effectively within business teams at all levels across different industries.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to come in and lead the entire strategy and team of affiliate managers with great budgets.

Responsibilities:

● Maximize the number of affiliate partners and Increase your revenue with existing partners and by bringing on new affiliates and managing executive-level affiliate partnership programs, using your existing relationships.

● Planning and forecasting, ongoing collaboration with business channel lead, external agencies as well as internal teams.

● Execute and manage contracts and commission structures all partners and affiliates

● Ownership of program metrics, forecasting, partnership optimization based on delivered KPI metrics, in addition to program growth success

● Conduct meetings with partners to ensure retention and opportunities to grow.

● Coordinate setup of new affiliate partnerships and assure tracking, and reporting is set up correctly.

Requirements

At least 4+ years working in the partnership and affiliate space

● Strong knowledge of digital media and publishers

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Experience with affiliate program platforms (cake)

● Highly organized and detail-oriented

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
