Overview

Medix is looking for an experienced iCIMS Project Manager whose primary focus will be working with their iCIMS implementation project. This role requires someone who has experience implementing the system and can help be their internal SME. Ideally this candidate will be onsite in Downers Grove, IL but there is some flex to be remote. This opportunity is slated to be a 6 month contract with possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with iCIMS and running full implementations
• Project management experience is necessary
• Ideally this candidate will have experience migrating from ADP to iCIMS
• Workday experience is also a plus
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task across numerous work streams
• Proven ability to effectively communicate iCIMS best practices to customers
• Excellent analytical skills; the ability to effectively scope, design, and manage multiple projects, simultaneously.
• Ability to identify and communicate project risk to all stakeholders
• Ability to identify systems requirements, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Excellent follow-up and time management skills with ability to adhere to strict timeline

Job Responsibilities

• Working with iCIMS directly for their implementation and the client is looking for someone that can help guide their current internal team
• This candidate will report directly into the VP of Talent Acquisition
• Be able to guide and lead the already existing team of consultants through this iCIMS implementation process
• Help to define business processes, manage various Professional Services and Implementation projects, oversee iCIMS project team members, and facilitate change management within the client organization
• The Project Manager will build strong customer relationships through a consistent and determined commitment to client satisfaction
