Your profile
- Four years experience in planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 software with site experience of a Combined Cycle Power Plant project
- Has theoretical and practical expertise in interpersonal relations: effective and professional communication and presentation
- Is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings; one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, clients and bosses; is effective both inside and outside the organization; commands attention during the presentation
- Experience in the Energy Sector business processes
- Practical experience incl. commissioning, can expand/improve the standards and qualify others
- Willing to travel and stay for 1-2years on site
- Excellent English language skills
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of an integrated project schedules which includes A/E engineering, manufacturing, procurement, major vendors, constructors and start-up
- Maintains and updates the integrated project schedule in accordance with the Standard Project Scheduling Process procedures
- Responsible for handling all stakeholders (internal, subcontractors, client, partners...etc.) and obtaining accurate updates from them
- Establish good relationship to the client and work on the schedule interface to the customer scope
- Being pro-active in reporting early warning indicators that might lead to delays and suggest mitigation measures to the project manager
- Identifies and monitors all deliverables subject to Liquidated Damages for the project
- Applies progress measurement processes to the integrated schedule and develops progress curves that reflect accurate project
- Provides scheduling inputs to project reports including schedule updates, critical path analysis, key dates reports, milestone trend analysis and progress curves, and custom reports as needed
