PeopleShare has immediate openings for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in the Elk Grove Village, IL area!

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and $19.00-$23.00/hr!

You will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of all hires, within a high-impact, high-volume recruiting role and have the ability to flex to other internal recruitment projects on an as-needed basis.

You will get involved in everything from publishing job adds, sourcing talent, overseeing the interview process, to preparing offer letters and the on-boarding of new starters, providing an overall amazing experience to candidates . This position will rely heavily on your ability to effectively manage competing priorities and your communication skills.

Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Flexible hours to do PART-TIME)!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter:

• Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance including phone-screens, interviews, & on boarding
• Sourcing talent by utilizing all available tools, including social media, job boards, & other recruiting tools
• Work closely with the HR Manager on recruitment projects and in the ADP system

Job Requirements for Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter:

• 1 Year of HR and/or Recruiting experience, ideally in-house within a consultancy or professional services high-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint
• Experience with ADP system is a plus!
