Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. If you are a Cash Application Specialist, this could be the role for you!

Your responsibilities

- Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues

- Assist in managing customer database accounts

- Post daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts

- Perform weekly general ledger reports

- Manage accounts receivables and remittances Requirements - Ability to multitask effectively

- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

- Demonstrated knowledge of Cash Applications

- Must maintain a high level of accuracy while being detail oriented

- 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
