Job description
As a financial business partner of the Chapter (team) Products & Pricing within Diabetes Care Financials Operations, you are a business partner for Operations ( Diabetes Care Operations, Quality, External Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc
* Build strong, trusting relationships with the business that fosters success
* Create value & influence decision-making by providing business insights, alternatives and scenario analysis
* Interpret data, order and assess its value and then present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way
* Drive business improvements while recommending right solution
* Responsible for guiding and challenging the Business Partner through delivering high-quality business insights and advanced data analytics
* Manage and communicate relevant information and KPIs for the function you support as Business partner
* Be the primary contact for all financial processes of the partnering function. Drive the decision processes of the partnering function with financial and business insights
* Be the chapter member in a hybrid role combining Business Partner and Chapter activities
* Based on deep understanding of production and production related processes, you Perform Business Controlling e.g. E2E Business process support, controlling compensations, GRP costs, support and perform accruals & P2P processes.
* Monitor budget adherence, department and project efficiency.
In this role, you will support the transformation to the new way of agile thinking and working.
Support country specific processes that are not transferred to Roche Shared Services and work in close collaboration with Roche Share Services and Roche Financial Group functions guarantee integrity of financial statements and reporting on time.

* Responsible for guiding and challenging the Business Partner through delivering high-quality business insights and advanced data analytics
* Autonomous management and cross-functional coordination of relevant tasks in Sites Chapter (team)
* Support the cross-functional exchange and development between finance and different business functions
* Self-driven with a strong desire to experiment with new ways of working and pilot new areas and capabilities.
* Understands and lives the Finance Framework, mindset, and behaviors.
* Actively participate in cross-team projects.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or in a related field is required
* 3+ years' experience as Finance Business Partner
* Preferably Manufacturing Controlling Experience
* Strong sense of prioritization and demonstrated flexibility to organize expertise around business requirements.
* Very good organizational skills and self-organized documentation.
* Excellent communication skills and strong sense of collaborating skills.
* Fluency in written and spoken English. German is an asset.
