As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will facilitate the flow of candidates through the recruitment process; post job openings; cultivate relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal partners; manage applicant analytics; work to have a seamless, positive candidate experience; assist with planning and execution of hiring events; and provide recruitment project and administrative support to the team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and office support in a fast-paced, high-performing, professional environment.
- Posts job openings.
- Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
- Assists recruitment team, performing initial screening of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
- Arranges and coordinates meetings in person and/or video-conferencing.
- Cultivates relationships with candidates.
- Manages applicant and job search analytics.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of recruitment protocols, creating and updating templates, checklists, and forms, identifying system opportunities, partnering with HRIS vendor to maximize utilization.
- Helps in the planning and execution of hiring events.
- Partners with HR team members, ensuring effective and efficient execution of tasks, providing back-up to the HR Coordinator, as needed/requested.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree with emphasis in human resources, communications or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent years of HR/recruiting support experience may substitute for education.
- Two years' experience working in recruiting, human resources, administrative support, or related field.
- Two years' experience in a professional human resources environment, preferred.
- Working knowledge of Paycom or other HRIS, a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to put people at ease, and gain trust and respect of others.
- Exceptional time management, with ability to establish priorities and maximize timely and quality output.
- Capacity to work and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with competing priorities essential.
