Job Details

Please Note: You must be able to work 100% On-site at our facility. We are an essential business and remote is not an option. All appropriate health and safety guidelines are being adhered to and expanded.

  • Coordinates HR programs and services within specific market(s) including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Development, employee programs and policies.
  • Ensures timekeeping systems and tools accurately reflect daily status and assists in the development of facility labor cost management reduction strategies in coordination with regional leadership.
  • Facilitates an open-door policy and works with the management team to resolve employee relations issues as appropriate.
  • Administers and coordinates documentation for all leaves of absence, including FMLA and associated documents.
  • Ensures all up-to-date legal postings are placed in a designated area within established timeframes.
  • Assists on-site leaders in achieving and maintaining acceptable employee turnover. Analyzes results, assesses risks and develops action plans to impact recruitment, retention, productivity and morale (i.e., headcount, organizational assessment, exit interview analysis, etc.).
  • Provides counseling for facility management including conflict resolution, team building and development planning. Supports organizational change initiatives in conjunction with the Regional and local business leaders.
  • Reviews terminations and disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee relations decisions managed by facility for consistency, risk and completeness.
  • Participates in the design and delivery of HR programs to ensure programs are aligned with business needs. Participates in project teams to design content and plan delivery and conducts focus groups to solicit feedback from employee groups.
  • Facilitates facility level new hire orientation. Maintains personnel files by collecting, recording and processing required documentation.
  • Ensures human resources policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to; periodically conducts in-service training on new or updated policies that affect employees.
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulatory requirements for various programs including OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and at least 2 years human resources related experience
  • Proficiency in multiple disciplines within HR.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ADP
  • Must have the ability to work with all levels of employees.
  • Must be able to work 100% On-Site
  • Strong organizational development and consultative skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and facilitation skills.
