PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Property Manager for Hunter's Run Apartments in Louisville, KY.
Property Manager Job Description
Position is primarily responsible for managing all on-site operations, property financial and operational objectives. Position ensures that all activities are conducted in compliance with all local, state and federal employment, housing, landlord/tenant, safety and real estate laws. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: overseeing the leasing process, administrative tasks, collecting rent, preparing financial data, overseeing property staff and property maintenance.
Property Manager Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management.
Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver's License is required.
Excellent Benefits Package offered.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
