Description

The Sourcing Recruiter will support the growth of the practices by executing components of the top talent recruitment process including but not limited to defining, searching, qualifying, assessing, and selecting candidates. The primary focus of this role is to search and qualify passive and active Doctor and Dental Hygienist candidates to build a pipeline of talent.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of the practices by executing components of the top talent recruitment process including but not limited to defining, searching, qualifying, assessing, and selecting candidates.


• Search and qualify passive and active Doctor and Dental Hygienist candidates to build a pipeline of talent.


• Develop & manage sourcing strategies.


• Source provider candidates through onsite advertisement sites, purchased lists, win-back campaigns, trade shows, cold calling, etc.


• Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of the business and the marketplace in order to better support the assigned business unit and provide insight into ways to improve the business

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education & experience


• 3 years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting


• Proficient level ATS knowledge

Desirables

• Master's Degree


• 5+ years of experience in Provider Sourcing; experience in Provider recruitment


• 3+ years of experience utilizing social media and other recruitment tools
