How about this one?** We're seeking a **Loan Operation Representative** to work at one of largest banks in the US in **Lewiston, ME** . With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

**Pay Rate:** $23.00 per hour

**Hours:** Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm (8-hour shift)

**What's a typical day as a Loan Operation Representative** ? **You'll be:**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Performs preliminary research on suspicious items and reports findings to appropriate resource to help prevent fraudulent activities

+ Makes entries in general ledger related to paperwork and information processed

+ May approve and review general ledger entries and/or invoices for accuracy and completeness

+ Provides input and assistance to management in developing and maintaining budget as requested

+ Identifies, audits, and investigates departmental discrepancies

+ Handling printed documents and tax payments

+ Handling document management, scanning into archive system

+ Updating customer loans on action taken

+ Additional work regarding processing refunds,

+ Person will handle incoming mail

**Education/Experience:**

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Basic knowledge in lending and the real estate industry.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

+ Knowledge of basic accounting processes and procedures.

+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
