Compensation: Base commensurate with Market and Experience + Open Ended Commission

Compass Pointe Consulting, LLC, a Certified Woman Owned Small Business specializing in IT Staffing and Solutions supporting clients in the Mid-Atlantic Region and across the US is seeking to hire Technical Recruiters to join our expert team of Seasoned Sales Leaders and experienced Senior Recruiters to assist in our growth and expansion with new clients and markets as we continue to grow our firm in 2021 and beyond.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for conducting the day-to-day recruiting and placement activities for Compass Pointe Consulting. Technical Recruiters may also provide support and coverage for sales functions as need. Obtains job orders, source, recruit, and place highly skilled consultants at client sites or remote according to project specifications.

Recruiters will work closely with Market Leadership and Business Development Managers to identify clients u2019 current and emerging IT staffing needs.

You might be right for our team if you u2026:

  • Have a Minimum of 2 years IT Recruiting in an Agency / Staffing Firm Environment and like it.
  • Have been and want to continue to be responsible for proactive sourcing, screening and qualification of IT candidates to support our clients hiring activity while building effective pipelines and constant source of candidates for new and future requirements.

• Know how to successfully conduct searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods. (i.e., networking, referrals, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, user/technical groups, etc.)

  • Are capable of pre-qualifying candidates for anticipated job requirements according to Compass Pointe Consulting standards and processes including checking candidate references, technical assessments and ensures candidates meet all client requirements.
  • Can determine candidate suitability and assess relevant experience by evaluating candidate employment history and background, negotiating compensation package, education, skills and personal qualifications to determine pay type/rate, etc.
  • Like to coordinate and assists in scheduling technical and client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing.
  • Will record applicant information in database and other tools without complaining too much.
  • Keep current with general trends in technology as well as that specific to Compass Pointe clients and coordinates work to determine a focus for building an effective pipeline of candidates.

This position is remote (always, not just for Covid) and requires a self-starter who can operate independently while remaining engaged with Sales Leadership and the rest of the Sales and Recruiting Team.
