Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services seeks a Part Time Office Assistant. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy and diligent as well as, able to work in a small office with a small core team with professionalism. Moreover, the candidate must be customer centric with outstanding interpersonal skills and proven administrative experience. A successful candidate should have a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality to fit in wherever need to operate efficiently and effectively in any situation.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations. Other responsibilities include:

· Welcoming all visitors to the office

· Managing and responding to work orders

· Composing and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner

· Managing office supply inventory including ordering new materials as needed

· Organizing and filing documents

· Receiving phone calls, capturing messages, and responding to voicemails based on managements' direction

· Written and verbal communication skills

· Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training cleaners

· Monitoring and updating time keeping systems

· Ensuring professional interactions with customers, staff, and vendors

· Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail as needed

· Ensuring the office runs smoothly

· Supporting special projects

· Administrative writing and reporting skills

· Attention to details

· Documentation skills

Technical skills required includes a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the internet.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
