Job description

Responsible for selling SNI's training programs and consulting services to businesses, primarily throughout the United States. This position will be provided some leads but will generally be responsible for the entire sales process from generating leads, to preparing proposals and presentations, to negotiating agreements. Requires enterprise B2B business development/sales experience.


Candidates with experience selling soft skills training, training softwares, or sales tools are strongly preferred.


This position requires some travel to company headquarters (Baltimore), conferences, client locations, and training sites.


Requirements:

· 3-10 years of mid-size or enterprise-level B2B sales experience

· Proven ability to prospect and track record penetrating large accounts, working through heads of sales or training at enterprise level firms

· Must be flexible and adapt quickly to changing needs

· Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint; SalesForce; etc.
