Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops strong working relationships as a strategic advisor to managers of all business areas; gain a full understanding of their business imperatives to assist them with addressing employee development & management topics and improve their department effectiveness.
  • Consults with managers on a regular basis to proactively identify and deal with departmental inefficiencies, staffing & training needs, compensation actions and organizational structure.
  • Partners with local management team when dealing with performance reviews, compensation strategies, talent management action plans and employee relations issues.
  • Partners with other HR specialists (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition) to deliver optimal support to the business.
  • Manages various HR projects
  • Uses HR related data to make recommendations to managers and other functional units.

Key Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of HR experience required with advanced knowledge of the following HR specialties: Learning and Development, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Employee Relations, HR Information Systems & Reporting
  • Proven ability to partner with line managers and lead strategic human resources initiatives which add value to the business
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Advance degree (HR Masters or MBA) preferred
  • SPHR/PHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
