Job description

This position is primarily responsible for performing clerical and receptionist duties for Cambria Surfaces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties as requested by management
  • Run reports as requested by management
  • Maintain organization within the office
  • Answer phone calls for Cambria Surfaces and interact with homeowners and contractors
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable duties that may include, but are not limited to; invoicing, payment tracking (receipt, follow up), purchase orders, installation job tracking (hours, cost), processing purchase agreements and ordering material
  • Estimate square footage off of kitchen & bath plans and perform follow up to obtain sales commitment
  • Schedule jobs with contractors & homeowners
  • Assist clients in the showroom with selections

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of the kitchen & bath industry preferred
  • Experience in kitchen & bath design, layout, estimating, and/or sales preferred
  • CAD experience/architectural drafting skills with the ability to understand architectural blue prints preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain focus under pressure
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal & external parties
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed (late evenings, weekends)
  • Ability to work in small office environment
  • Willingness to learn software programs used within our organization

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED

Experience: 2 years of administrative experience

Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Managerial Responsibilities: N/A

Travel Requirements: This position will require some travel for job training.

Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use
