What you'll do

The IT Security organization bears the broad responsibilities of delivering information security, practice governance & assurance, and data loss prevention throughout the TJX enterprise. Our worldwide team applies expertise and deep business understanding to ensure confidence for all company associates, investors, and customers.

As a Senior Security Business Analyst on the Data Security Governance team, you will lead our enterprise engagement for reducing data risk across all platforms and geographies. You will review the results of our data discovery and classification scans to assess risk and chart a path forward for Enterprise Data Security Governance. You will collaborate with our data champions and cyber security engineers to implement an effective process to review known risks and drive forward all actions necessary to ensure our policies and controls are operating effectively and efficiently. You will work with our engineering team and business stakeholders to ensure this work has clear metrics of success and that our risk tolerance is within acceptable parameters.

What you'll need

We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets. You'll work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.

• 8+ years IT Business Analyst experience with Agile Management, strategy or requirements development role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users and to communicate business needs to the technical teams
• Experience building strong relations with all levels in the organization and various business units
• Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
• Adaptable and Agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with any with Data Discovery, Data Classification, Data Loss Prevention capabilities
• Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager
• Basic knowledge of SPI, PCI, PII and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence and presentation tools
