Randstad Technologies is looking to add a 100% remote Project Manager to one of our top healthcare clients. Ideally, our client is looking for someone who has experience with the Agile Methodology and can work with software engineers and developers. salary: $31 - 41 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

Project Management Responsibilities

• Initialize, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects.
• Support software development life cycle, including validation, planning, development, testing, launching and improvements of products.
• Develop internal relationships with fellow teammates and departmental or hospital stakeholders (analysts, developers, managers, and liaisons), technical, clinical, and administrative customers and suppliers.
• Manage product backlog.
• Understand customers' need and drive the process to meet those needs.
• Write and maintain acceptance tests.
• Manage stakeholders and customers' expectations.
• Embrace and promote the team's values, principles, and practices.
• Coordinate internal team's practices, such as daily stand-ups, iteration planning, retrospective meetings, and demos.
• Define, estimate, and plan project tasks with inter-dependencies to meet goals.
• Create, share, and maintain technical documents including but not limited to training materials and technical guidelines for patients, clinicians, and internal staff.
• Develop proposals, recommendations, and presentations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate and deliver feedback to peers and managers.

Other General Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility for assigned activities.
• Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly and to ensure confidentiality.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required.
• Is attentive to details.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years business or operational experience strongly preferred with some prior exposure to the medical profession ideal but not required.
