Our client is looking for BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST located in Metro Detroit

SUMMARY

Looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to be part of a team providing implementation and support services for the North America operations within our company. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively participate in ERP implementations and provide ongoing support within the Customer Order Management function. You will also be required to maintain compliance of company/departmental policies, procedures, SOX/CSOX self-monitoring and timely resolution of identified deficiencies within your area of responsibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in definition, setup and testing of user security
• Document business processes (current and future state), develop standard operating procedures and end user training materials.
• Assist plant locations to update work instructions and process documentation.
  Collaborate with other teams (Purchasing, Sales, Finance Quality, etc.) to ensure integrated system is configured and processing correctly
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting, auditing and tax concepts and apply them to client situations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
• PLEX ERP implementation, configuration, and support experience within Customer Service functional area.
• Previous experience providing application support within a regional organization.
