Job description

Our Client in Warren, MI is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join their team.

**Hybrid Work From Home Schedule**

Our Client works at lightning speed. So, as a part of their team, when things get in the way of their progress, you will step in, to help remove any roadblocks. You will identify time-consuming internal processes and builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of their company. You will listen to and translate our client' s needs into high-level technical specifications and then design, develop and recommended systems, as well as consult with business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging their homegrown suite of products, you will help them work faster and more efficiently.

Our client is responsible for building the systems used to hire, grow, and retain talent. They build technology to achieve this, using first- and third-party solutions.

As our client continues to grow, you will be instrumental in enabling them to scale. They have a lot of work to do, and plenty of opportunity to innovate. From evolving their processes and systems, to supporting them, increasing operational efficiency and process equity, and ensuring that their unique culture is maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and data requirements to come up with robust solutions that meet their objectives and specified outcomes.
• Work with end-user groups to define project KPIs and metrics, and collaborate with Engineering teams, Platform teams, and other teams to design, build, deploy and support solutions using our Client' s cutting edge internal technology.
• Lead systems implementation projects (e.G., requirements documentation, systems design, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
• Provide subject matter expertise for the HR related process, systems, and integrations, as well as identify impacts and triage issues due to bugs, functional changes, etc.
• Research and estimate return on investment for new systems implementations.
• Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor' s degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• A minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Highly analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
