McKinley is looking for an Affordable Housing Specialist to join our team in Taylor, MI!

As a full-time AHS you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring compliance with HUD for our in-house affordable housing program (mainly Section 8)
* Accurate and timely completion of annual recertifications, as required by HUD
* Completion of interim rent adjustments, as requested by residents
* Executing repayment agreements for residents with unreported income
* Some knowledge of special claims, and voucher submissions helpful, but not mandatory
* Providing staff support where required

Job Requirements

Position requirements:

* Two years of related experience, or similar case management experience
* Knowledge of HUD's EIV system
* A Certified Occupancy Specialist certificate is preferred, but not required
