The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for assisting in aligning human resources practice with business objectives within designated business units. This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects business objectives of the organization and plays a key role in developing people strategy to maximize business goals. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy regarding policy, culture and competition.

* Bachelor's degree and five or more years of general human resources experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including but not limited to employee relations, federal and state employment laws, high volume recruiting, organizational diagnosis, and compensation practices.
* Experience with investigations, coaching, development and training, project and change management and data analysis preferred.
* Must have strong computer skills to work in multiple systems, including but not limited to an HRIS, ATS, and LMS and Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
