Looking for Fun, Reliable Nanny 40+ Hours/Week.

The Elite Nanny Team is recruiting a full-time nanny to work on weekdays to assist in household duties and taking care of two kids.

The parents work 9 to 5 jobs as economic consultants from Monday to Friday. You will be helping them to take care of a 10 mo and 4-yog. The parents love them with all their hearts and mean the world to them.

Emotional intelligence is highly valued in their household, and they prefer that the kids stay away from electronics. You will absolutely fall in love with the adorable girls. The 4 yo is an expert with her training wheel bike and very proud of the hard-earned achievement.

Be ready for plenty of tea parties since Lo is a pro when it comes to tea parties, and you can bet that your name will feature on the guest lists. She is not into planning the next tea party only; she loves creating plays and theatre too. In addition, Lo loves the baby sister so much and is an amazing big sister.

The 10 mog is developing vocabulary and soon will finally be able to piece three words into
a sentence. Reading is a priority for the parents and they like to read to the girls at least for an hour each day. Both kids do not have any food allergies, the family is easy to get along with, and you will definitely enjoy working for them on a long-term basis.

Although the couple makes a great team and amazing parents, they would love an experienced nanny who can teach them a few parenting hacks and tricks along the way.

Most importantly, someone who will bring great ideas and energy to engage, nurture, and entertain their kids in a way that helps them reach developmental milestones and find joy every day.

Nanny Skills Needed
You will be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Candidates may have studied Early Childhood Education at a 2 or 4-year college or university.
Please be engaging, intelligent, and committed to childrens well-being.
Have experience working as a nanny or at a daycare
Candidates may have knowledge of sleep training an infant
Please have an educated knowledge of age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers
Nannies may have CPR and First Aid Certifications (or availability for training if hired)
Great candidates excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Amazing Candidates
Are able to think on their feet, preplan, take initiative and perform follow-up.
Hard working nannies are highly creative and love creating activities and games

Nanny Duties
As a professional nanny, you are familiar with managing a household, including housekeeping (and some management) duties.
You will be required to provide household help to the family in cleaning, preparing meals, letting the small dog out, and assisting with small tasks. You will also be required to read to the kids for an hour every day. The 10 mo baby needs help with sleep training.
While the skills above are highly desired, the family will appreciate a nanny that loves working with kids and a self-starter who can accomplish each day's task with little or no supervision.

Other duties include:
Ensuring the childrens safety at all times
Constantly talking and interacting with the children
Keep play areas tidy

Pay: $19.50 - $23.75 an hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility to work extended hours if necessary, but you will be notified about the additional hours well in advance.

Benefits: 15 paid vacation days, 5 Federal Holidays.
