Job description

Position summary

As a Property Maintenance Lead you will independently plan, lead, and carry out property maintenance projects, including managing contractors and providing work direction to other team members, and personally perform property maintenance tasks in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

Qualifications

You are required to have:

* 5 or more years experience planning and performing buildings and grounds construction and maintenance
* 3 or more years experience hiring and managing contractors to perform buildings and grounds remodel or maintenance
* 2-3 years of experience in construction project management
* Valid Class D Driver's license with acceptable driving rating
* Above average trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

Additional preferred qualifications:

* 2 year degree in trade skills or construction management preferred
* Skilled at prioritizing, organizing, tracking and following-up with multiple tasks, projects and requests.

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, plus on-call rotation which includes weekends. Work days may vary with workload, and overtime as needed.

Location

This position will be located in Perham, MN.
