SUMMARY:

Assist in the development, design, production, and maintenance of art layouts of company materials through print, digital and social channels. Assist in curating brand voice and tone through copywriting and content creation. Maintain the integrity of brand standards, while researching and utilizing new design styles to increase brand awareness and attract existing and new target customers.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

Requires ability to give and take oral direction. Requires ability to speak English clearly and communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing. Requires strong knowledge of concept, design, layout, color, typographic and other graphic design fundamentals. Requires strong writing and grammar skills. Requires ability to relate to others in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently with minimal assistance from Supervisor. Must be able to work independently and collaborate with marketing team and additional stakeholders.

Requires strong knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign in a MAC environment. Requires proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office. Requires ability to receive files, follow art direction and send files to print. Copywriting, Social Media Management and Content Creation experience a plus.
