Responsible for the coordination of comprehensive skill assessments and the development and reporting of skill training programs for individuals served.

Ensure direct support staff complete and return the comprehensive skill assessments for individuals served

Write adaptive reports for assigned caseload
*

Complete duties associated with skills training such as developing, monitoring, collecting data, maintaining records, and training direct support staff
*

Attend IPP meetings as required
*

Interact with individuals in an emotionally supportive and therapeutic manner
*

Practice proactive behavioral interventions and assist with inappropriate behaviors

High School diploma required. Minimum two years of experience in the intellectual disabilities field.
