Job Description Summary:
The Office Associate provides project management and administrative support to functional areas in the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost, with particular emphasis on: Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS); P-16 Initiative; and Diversity, Access, and Inclusion (DA&I). This position reports to the Executive Assistant to the Provost.

Qualifications:
This position requires two years of post-secondary education and four years of administrative office experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience in internet research/navigation are required. Demonstrated experience in maintaining spreadsheets, booking travel arrangements, calendaring, and scheduling meetings is preferred.
The ideal candidate is an agile, self-starter comfortable with attention to detail; an energetic, creative problem solver who can work independently along with the judgment to seek supervision and/or input from others when necessary; a resilient learner who is able to develop relationships with the university's stakeholders.
