Job description

Our client, a well-established and internationally recognized company headquartered in Omaha, NE, is looking for up-and-coming professionals, preferably with an Accounting, Finance or Business Administration/Management Bachelor's degree.

Here are the primary responsibilities of the role:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Manage an assigned queue to ensure timely creation of suppliers
  • Resolve a high volume of supplier statements and calls daily
  • Coordinate communication and efforts between field personnel and suppliers
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners to increase efficiencies
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's/Associates degree in Business/Accounting/Finance, a plus
  • SAP + Supply Chain background a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to develop and work with specific, often high-volume goals and plans
  • High level of customer service and written/verbal communication
  • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to new processes/procedures as needed
